I am an artist and illustrator. I graduated from the University of Houston with a major in Sculpture. I have experience with commission based projects and have worked as a studio artist for a Paint-N-Sip venue called Easel Street ( I led paint sessions of original compositions in acrylic on canvas for people with little to no art experience while they sip on wine or beer.) While I am accustomed to adjusting stylistic choices for commissioned type work, my personal style and technique is strongly influenced by the concept of manipulating the basic line, as well as the uses of light and vibrant color combinations. My interests also include raw materials, visual layers of material, texture and the connections within ourselves and our environment.
