It is unacceptable that Black children and their families continue face challenges while accessing their education. At our upcoming community forums our organizers and community volunteers will support impacted families to begin complaint procedures with the appropriate school district and the California Department of Education. Participating families can expect to join a community of ongoing support as Healing Justice continues to leverage our resources and political action strategies to protect and support Black children. Refreshments will be available at the forum. This forum welcomes all ages, little ones under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
