Deepen your intentions as we settle into our hearts, moving away from the mind - Enter the heart space with an active practice of deep listening, visualization and sacred sounds. Bring items for personal comfort, i.e. blanket or eye covering. PLEASE arrive 10 minutes before start of class to settle in. Class duration is ONE hour. Class Fees is $25.
