“Art, Books, & Breakfast” is a community based initiative that promotes literacy and creativity in young children. Children will enjoy a nutritious breakfast while culturally affirming and age appropriate books are read to them by our volunteers. Art materials will also be provided for children to draw and color anything that the stories inspire them to create. Community members are welcome and encouraged to volunteer to read or prepare food.
