Let me start this off by saying I am 100% in the right state of mind I take accountability for my actions unless it's in pending legal matters I am being victimized by a small town police department that has a reputation of misconduct, foul play, intimidation, and bribery. Locals lack the knowledge & motivation as well as out of fear of retaliation no body fights for their rights. Me being from California and being no stranger to the judicial system. Details of my case I will keep between me and any criminal defense attorney willing stand with me n hold the department accountable.Prosecutions foundation is full of technicalities, warrant obtained on hear say and false pretenses, animal cruelty, and I can prove official misconduct using a credible witness against me at cross examination. I work my own defense I just need a respected lawman or woman to file the motions and subpoenas. My case being dismissed will lead to a civil lawsuit. The point of this post wasn't to rant after posting bail twice within 24 hours(foul play) and still without a vehicle because they have been giving us the run around for 3 weeks even tho it's been approved and my fiances charges were dropped, and literally being robbed of all my tools and tools belonging to my diseased best friend his ur carelessly thrown on the ground by the detectives n officers serving the warrant. We are financially tapped out I hate saying this because Ive heard it by so many others but I'm very self aware and based on unlisted facts I Know this is part of their hidden agenda trying to get me to commit crimes I didn't do in the first place.
