ONEONTHEHILL Wine Club and The Matheson are teaming up for an incredible single night experience featuring the wines and culinary style of Piemonte Italy. This Piemonte Night will feature direct from Italy, ONEONTHEHILL’s culinary director, Chef Fabio Montanera, and founder/Sommelier Pierandrea Palumbo. Chef Fabio is inspired by the culinary traditions and rich history of the region. The menu will be collaboration with the Matheson team to present a four-course truffle focused evening, taking guests on a journey from the Mediterranean coast to the hills of Barolo and Barbaresco. Northern Italian cuisine is incredibly unique and features flavors and preparations only found in this region. For centuries, these dishes have been served alongside wines crafted specifically to compliment this culinary style. Founder and Sommelier Pier has spent years focusing his passion and expertise on finding unique and exemplary expressions of the Piemonte region in the form of natural and organic wines made from Nebbiolo, Fresia, and many rare and special varietals only found in the ancient hills of Piemonte. His selection of wines will surprise and delight the senses as he shares his passion for this beautiful hidden gem of Italy. This one night only event will sell out.
