Odd jobs include: Take down old roll blind from in front of sliding glass door and hang new roll blind. It hangs on the exterior. (15 minutes) Hang wall dresser back onto the wall that tenant took down. We will need the hardware for secure hanging. (20 minutes) Take down two towel racks from the bathroom, spackle the holes and paint the bathroom walls in bright flat white. I already have the paint. (one hour) Build an in-and-out little cat door out of wood and tuck it inside the partially opened sliding glass door. Paint the wood so it won’t warp. (I’ll explain this better face to face.) (3 hours) Figure out why the dish washer is not working and fix it. (1 hour) Hang sea shell decorations that look like metal trees on the seven-by-one-foot side of a white cabinet all the way up and down. (15 minutes) Spot clean the carpets and two small chairs and one small sofa (2 hours) Repair about 8 cracked ceramic tiles. (2 hours) Put threshold down at entrance to bedroom between bedroom carpet and hallway ceramic tile floor. (15 minutes) Take out trash. (5 minutes) Remove large black bags from my car and organize the stuff from the bags inside my home. (mostly blankets and sheets inside the bags) Install blink camera.
