Sign up for this special event that will be inside Haus of Embodiment studio with a high quality sound system and nice mood lighting. Feel free to move however you’re called to, as this is a freedom of expression event. To receive the healing benefits of dance, we encourage a sober mind and body. This is a safe space to move, breathe, stretch, and release in any way that feels good to you! If you’ve never been to ecstatic dance, I encourage you to come try it and it just might be the most fun you’ve had in a while!
