The Dog: 8 yr old Jack Russell highly intelligent service animal with papers. Impeccably trained No leash necessary, Vaccinated up to date. Very quiet, mellow. Rarely barks. 1) At 9am sharp open the door and he will walk himself quickly and come back in, have his food ready, let him out again after he eats. Repeat at 3 pm. This is non negotiable you must agree to do this but then that's it, Your responsibilities are complete. This daily regiment is vital to his emotional well being, it absolutely just has to be this way or the dog will act erratically. 2) He has several one word commands, clap hands and a vocal clicking sound. He thrives on consistent orderly schedules 3) Comes with a life time supply of free delivered dog food and vaccinations, its just a matter of changing the address. 4) You must be a home body. If you go away and no one is with the the dog it will assume you are hurt and will vocally alert till calmed down. YOU: 1)In order for YOU to declare him a service dog you must have a legitimate medical disability. 2) Rehoming fee applies to prevent sale to animal lab. 3) No smokers, drinkers or partiers or un kept homes or homes with problematic house hold members or bad neighbors.
