In the workshop, we will learn the science of childhood brain development and how to use that knowledge to know how to respond in times of high stress to decrease tantrums. The workshop will teach concrete parenting skills, use journaling, role playing, and meditation to practice these techniques. You will leave more confident in your about your role in a tantrum, how to de-escalate, and how to prevent future tantrums. We talk about using your authentic self and leaning into your knowledge of your child to tailor skills to your family's unique needs.
