***URGENT NEED*** We are a vendor for property management companies with homes in the Atlanta area. We are looking for an independently owned handyman-type business that would be interested in providing this needed service for homes in the ATL area. Service needed: Home Winterizations by following a checklist (listed below) You must follow this checklist exactly for all homes that you are given to winterize. Shut off all water to the house at the main service valve Drain plumbing supply lines to the home Drain lines at the lowest point (outside hose bib or basement) Leave one interior valve open (not the washing machine) Set the HVAC thermostat to heat and temperature to 60 Degrees Unplug and turn off the breaker on the electric water heater to avoid elements burning out Set gas water heater to vacation For exterior-located water heaters drain to avoid freezing Use RV antifreeze in all drains and toilets Drain down and blow out all sprinkler systems Open all cabinet doors **Photos via a supplied phone app will need to be taken as a validation step.
