Busby Cabinets, the leading Design-Build Company of luxury kitchen and bath cabinets and residential interiors in Central and Western Florida is seeking a Field Project Manager with experience managing jobsites and working with sub contractors. Knowledge of custom cabinetry installation is an advantage. We are offering this full time position in our Service & Installation Department to an individual who is professional, detail orientated, computer literate, able to meet deadlines, and takes a proactive approach to their job. Busby Cabinets provides our clients with award winning designs, innovative products, and solidly built cabinetry that can last a lifetime. The applicant will untimely be part of our Installation staff and have a huge role in managing the installation of our products. Duties include: Provide assistance with measuring and checking mechanical layouts for projects with Designers. Reviewing of design drawings and how they interact with current framing, if changes are needed, consult with the appropriate parties the needed changes. Establish and build relationships with builders, site supers, homeowners. Installation date management including communications with builders, site supervisors, and homeowners. Visit jobs periodically for site progress before and during install. Schedule installation crews, to meet jobsite and production readiness. Approve payment requests for installers. Monitor and direct personnel to complete punch list items. Requirements: A solid working knowledge of cabinetry and cabinetry installation required with hands on experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent problem solving aptitude. The ability to work alone as well as a team to push projects to completion. Must be able to listen and learn from other team members. Must be able to meet deadlines set forth by the Director of Installations. Must think proactively Salary: Dependent upon experience.
