Family owned Property Management company celebrating its 50th Anniversary is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor in Chapel Hill, NC! Candidates should possess at least 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance; carpentry. This position requires participation in after hours emergency call rotation. Our maintenance team is customer service driven which creates a lasting influence on visitors, prospects, and residents. Our company owns and manages all their own properties which provides stability! Requirements: -Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years trade related experience -Strong working knowledge of all aspects of building maintenance. -EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification required (Type I and II or Universal). -Willing to share on-call with other team member. -Valid driver's license, transportation and tools required. -Background/criminal check and drug test will be conducted.
