Once a small startup in Iowa, ALFF Construction is now a booming business that provides facility maintenance in all 50 states. As a Crew Lead you will oversee and direct the work of 2-5 team members. You will ensure that tasks are completed safely, efficiently and up to quality standards. As a crew lead you will oversee crews in varying service lines including basic maintenance, landscape install, as well as supportive services such as irrigation, mowing, snow removal. Essential Job Functions: Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members. Communication and problem-solving skills. Maintaining a schedule and ensuring service expectations are met. Identifying efficient ways to perform work Maintain a clean and safe worksite Responsible for the maintenance and security of assigned tools. Surfacing client concerns to the Site Supervisor and proactively assist in achieving a resolution Providing the Site Supervisor with feedback on crew members Assisting the Site Supervisor in the development and training of crew members Turning in accurate crew timecards Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies Ensuring equipment is in good working order and receives appropriate preventative maintenance Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles Required Qualifications: Valid Driver's License Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
