This Downtown CO Springs Apartment Community is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician! Temp to Hire opportunities! Great Benefits! Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Pay: $18-$22 (Depending on Experience) Ideal candidates should be a creative problem solver who is attentive to details, manages time well and learns quickly. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Ability to use hand tools and power tools • Ability to inspect and troubleshoot appliances • Ability to inspect and troubleshoot HVAC units • Apartment Make-readies • Daily Grounds Support Required: • Basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall patch/repair, and painting/texturing experience • Commercial and/or Residential Building Maintenance experience • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Own personal hand tools • Preferred 1 year of Apartment Maintenance experience Pre-Employment screenings will be administered.
