Commercial Cleaning - $4,250/month (4 locations); Monday - Friday after 6 pm. Start date planned for week of JANUARY 9th. Phone interview, video interview, and in-person interview required. Professional janitorial cleaning contract to clean FOUR academic buildings in the Louisville area. Each location will REQUIRE a team of 2 with one back up, total of 3. This position requires professional experience, hard work and dedication. Contract is ongoing. Perfect for an existing professional team or family business looking to expand. All facilities will be closed during servicing. This position cannot be subcontracted. All buildings have cameras in all rooms. All cleaning chemicals and consumable supplies will be provided at no cost to you. Equipment (vacuums, mops, etc) are expected to be supplied by you and your team. Janitorial nightly tasks include: Vacuuming Mopping Dusting Countertops Spot cleaning glass Emptying trash Cleaning restrooms Total payout for team: 1099 compensation: $4,250/month paid monthly. This is a contractual position.
