Full-Time, Live-In Superintendent for Rental Apartment Buildings in Washington Heights Responsible for all maintenance, cleaning and light repairs of two apartment buildings with 85 apartments. Minimum Qualifications: Must have three or more years of experience as superintendent of apartment building in NYC. Must provide resume or letter stating prior experience. Responsibilities: * Light electrical and plumbing repairs; * Flooring/tile repair; * Handle work orders; * Garbage/recycling; * Clean and maintain common areas; * Assist in curing violations including repairs, necessary paperwork and court appearances. 6. Log and track property maintenance, work orders, inventory, and purchases. Compensation includes two-bedroom apartment -- free rent.
