Looking for a person to join our staff, NOT A CLEANING COMPANY. A RELIABLE individual is needed to clean our large golf cart showroom, offices, 4 bathrooms and break room. Cleaning includes: sweeping, vacuuming, steam cleaning, dusting, windows, emptying trash, cutting cardboard, etc. Keep the parking lot free of debris; sweep the sidewalk. Wipe down golf cart inventory indoors and outside, as needed. We supply all cleaning products and machines. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: • Must be detail oriented, organized and efficient • Must be able to identify what needs to be cleaned, as well as adhering to the regular cleaning schedule • Must be able to operate a vacuum, floor steamer, hose, sink, box cutter • Must be able to lift 20 pounds as needed to clear off the floor, shelves, etc prior to cleaning • Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions for approximately 20 minutes at a time • Must be drug-free. We reserve the right to administer a drug test to the top candidate and randomly after hiring. Flexible schedule allowed; approximately 20 hours will be necessary.
