We are a private security company in the Chicagoland area that is currently seeking part-time and on call event staff for seasonal holiday work at indoor and outdoor locations across the Chicagoland area. Shifts are available during the New Year's holiday with a pay rate of $24.00 per hour.
This is ideal work for a second income. Event staff who exhibit a strong work ethic and a commitment to the company may be eligible for additional work and/or full-time hours. Our event staff:
Perform access and crowd control duties ensuring event protocols are followed
Provide a courteous, respectful and pleasant interaction with each client, patron and visitor
Contribute to the team by arriving on time and performing the assigned duties throughout the shift
Please submit your resume if you meet the following qualifications:
Two years or more of work experience at festivals, concerts, indoor/outdoor large, formal events
Experience with communication via two-way radio in noisy environments
Able to stand or walk on various surfaces for 10+ hour shifts in crowded, chaotic environments
Able to lift 25+ pounds or more
Able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Able to provide own transportation to job assignments
Military/Veterans encouraged to apply
Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking encouraged to apply
PERC Card preferred. It is required for most event work.
