Some benefits to working for Associated Home Care are: • Paid training is provided at $14.25 per hour. That rate will increase to $15.00 per hour as of 1/1/23. • The pay rate when with clients ranges from $16.50- $18.00 per hour depending on experience. • If your schedule is 25 hours+ per week, you are eligible for 401K. • Direct client to client travel is paid between client visits at $14.25 per hour, plus mileage. The rate will be $15.00 per hour as of 1/1/23, plus mileage. • Per Diem - 1 hour to 4 hour shifts.
