Company with 15,000sq/ft plant in Troy needs experienced individual to carefully clean and paint entire inside of facility and some production machinery. We will supply all materials and equipment or you can. There will be work up to 12' off the ground. Painting will be roller or brush, no spraying anticipated. Painting will be mostly on cement block or steel. It is a plus if you know how to epoxy floors. You can work anytime between 7am and 6pm daily. If you have an assistant available, we would consider hiring them also. Perfect for a retiree who needs flexibility. A clean, friendly environment.
