Qualifications: **THIS IS A TRAINING POSITION AND WE WILL 100% TRAIN THE RIGHT APPLICANT** A High School Diploma or GED, supplemented by general knowledge in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance and repair work; or possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job. Must have a valid driver's license. Should have general understanding of how to operate and conduct basic maintenance of equipment used in plumbing and electrical. Responsibilities Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor The purpose of this classification is to perform preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on all electrical, electronic and mechanical equipment used and operated in apartment communities. Other duties may be required and assigned: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on all units. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs of electrical components and systems, plumbing systems, including but not limited to relays, electric starters, electrical and manual valve operators
