Christmas for 2 boys no tree

Let's swallow pride and ask for help, I'm a mom of two preteen boys, I'm also ssi with health issues I called and complained about my check because was cut lower last few months and now they are looking at and viewing my case so I was not issued any payment for December because of the review. I have no idea how to do Christmas for my boys, we need a tree too, my son said mom don't worry about a tree because we won't have Christmas, this broke my heart, strangers seem to be nicer than family. I Also got 3 small grandbabies I'm suppose to get each something. Lord this is a hard month and has been year, if you want to help me pls message or text. Thank you and blessed holidays.
