Lead guitarist needed

We are two members of a well established band in the Kannapolis area. We are branching off from the current group to start something that appeals to a wider range of people. We have guitar, vocals, and drums, but what we really need is a lead guitarist that has great timing, a sense of style, can shred, but not afraid of tackling different genres (newer country, classic rock, funk, etc). This project could take off quickly, but what we really want is not just a guy who can play, but has a good attitude, is a great hang, and has a sense of responsibility to be on time and actually be part of the decision making progress - so we have the luxury of taking our time while we look for the right person. You must have pro equipment, transportation, and a sense of style in your appearance.
