Subcontractors NEEDED for New Construction Project

GC building a BRAND new 2 flat residential building on the west side of Chicago, looking to bring on new subcontractors needed to bring the building out of the ground. We are looking for the following trades: •Excavation •Concrete (Foundations & Flatwork) •Framing •Masonry •Siding •Roofing •Mechanical •Electrical •Plumbing •Underground Utilities/Water & Sewer Serious Subcontractors that have both worker’s comp & general liability, and can produce a W-9, this is a great project for you. We are currently in for permit with the city, looking to break ground at the top of 2023. Subs MUST be familiar with bank-financing, as this project will require that.
