I have been finding people who need A place and they are struggling a bit to find a place so Im looking to make a deal with a private owner of a duplex or 4 Plex or a small apartment building that has many places vacant that will rent me the whole building and all fill the rooms and collect rent every month and pay you one check of everyone's rent every month BEFORE the first. We can do this as a month to month basis just to try it out until your comfortable. And if at any time u choose to call it out u simply say the word and every one of the tenants I'll bring will move out no questions asked on that day. But while you allow us to rent your building you will get FREE work on anything carpentry related except electrician work that the building needs. Just buy materials. The work will be free. and each one has a very useful profession as we all find ourselves in need of these types of professionals. I have a maintenance man, a carpenter, a painter, a plumber, and a mechanic. And I fix and sell electronics so you'll have everything youv ever needed!
