2 yr old trained cat - rehoming

Rehoming my 2.5 yr old long-haired cat. She has green eyes and brindled fur. She is very well trained, currently eating fancy feast and wet food. She is trained to sit, shake hands, and come. I was even able to leash train her to take short walks. Very sweet and has no aggressive or marking behaviours. she is spayed. I got her from the shelter in October and my wife is severely allergic, it's become a respiratory problem for her so we cannot keep her. She is such a loving sweet cat and I need to make sure she will be in a good home. There is an adoption fee she is not free and I want to make sure she will not be hurt or used for something bad so this is a non-negotiable small rehoming fee. I will include all the items I bought for her in that fee. She is about 8-10lbs. Only serious people i do not want to deal with scammers, marketing people, or trolls she really needs a good loving home. She is also great with children. Can do public meeting but no delivery.
