Located in the heart of the Gateway Arts District in Hyattsville Maryland; The Glassy Plant Experience will entertain and educate people of all ages about recycling, sustainability and other topics related to our environment.
A mix of concepts from Hyattsville local and DeMatha Catholic High School alum, Ryan Thomas Perpall. Glassy Plant will provide the DMV community the opportunity to design, create and/or buy self-sustaining house plants that utilize recycled glass as an artistic medium.
A seasoned operations specialist, entrepreneur & glass artist, Perpall has been building out educational concepts to improve recycling behavior since 2016. After many milestones and lessons learned, he is excited and prepared to introduce The Glassy Plant Experience to the world.
