I've loved making sourdough for some time, and have now decided to share this experience with others. Join me at Rosedale Farm to learn this age old tradition in my home kitchen. Our groups are small in size, with only four participants it's a lovely relaxed setting with time for questions and discussion. In this workshop you will learn all the steps needed to make your own loaves at home, from feeding your culture to baking the loaf.
