Acupuncture was founded centuries ago and has been shown to reduce stress, aid the body with healing, and alleviate pain.​ My name is Heather Bennigsdorf and I graduated with my Master of Acupuncture Degree from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in December of 2018. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Biology and have studied Cranio-sacral and Reiki since 2016. I have personally used acupuncture to assist with digestion, headaches, and chronic back pain. My goal is to bring relief and well-being to everyone. With this event you will learn about the benefits of acupuncture, have an opportunity to ask questions and then have the option to try it. Participants will remain fully clothed.
