Do you have cleaning experience? Want to build your cleaning empire? We need you to help run our short term rentals! We have a handful of properties that need daily cleanings. Airbnb turnover cleaning experience is a plus. Looking for a cleaner or cleaning team that specializes in Airbnb/ short term rental turnovers. -MUST be available 10am-4pm everyday and be very reliable. -The properties average 8-10 cleanings per month-Sometimes more. -We provide an extra set of linens for the first turnover, but cleaner is responsible for laundry and must complete laundry before the next turnover. We can purchase more as needed. -Cleaner uses their own cleaning supplies -House is stocked with amenities for guests: TP, paper towels, snacks, coffee. Cleaner is responsible for telling us when we need to purchase more supplies -Cleaner must have reliable transportation and their own cleaning supplies. Cleanings vary $90-$120 per turnover including the laundry-depending on size. Must have reliable transportation.
