This is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate. Flexible hours, on the job training and first hand real estate experience. In this role, you will: Coordinate and conduct city inspections Show residential and commercial properties Install for sale signs, lockboxes, handrails, fire extinguishers and smoke detectors. Light painting and sheet-rocking as needed Assembling furniture for Airbnb properties FULL TIME available- 20-40 hours a week.
