This is a full-time position, not seasonal. You will be required to work on roofs, from ladders, and in tight spaces. Either drives license or ability to use a personal truck are required. Responsibilities: - Positive attitude - Use basic power tools - Willingness to work on roofs, from ladders, and in tight attics - Install high quality fiberglass insulation in homes - Remove insulation from homes - Be able to withstand 130+ degree temperatures inside attics - Complete paperwork for each job - Ability to problem solve and handle on-the-job decision-making - Good organizational skills - Flexibility / willingness to work longer days - Great work ethic - Must maintain a valid driver’s license Physical Demands - Ability to work at heights of 40+ feet - Ability to consistently lift, push, kneel, crouch and reach while installing products in tight, high temperature attics on a daily basis - Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
