Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Skills: Basic computer skills, demonstrated experience working safely with hand and power tools such as saws and drills, ability to climb ladders, bend and reach. Lift up to 50 pounds Responsibilities Arrives to work on time, as scheduled, and follows the company attendance policy Removes manufacturing waste from tenant areas Loads and operates the waste compactor; arranges for pickup Performs routine maintenance on building interior and exterior Performs seasonal tasks such as exit/walkway snow and leaf removal to ensure safety. Performs or assists in building and grounds repairs and upkeep Assists with building infrastructure repairs as needed Performs other maintenance or production related duties as needed Cross trained to backup various department employees when fellow employees go on vacation. ie. janitorial, warehouse Perform preventative maintenance and light construction/demo work. Observes safety and security procedures
