It's that time of year again, and you want to get some updated family photos but don't want to spend a fortune on a full session. Family photos are a must have, but they can be so expensive! Most photographers charge by the hour, and if you want a lot of photos it can add up quickly. This year, skip the full session and go for our holiday mini sessions. For only $50 you'll get 3 edited digital images delivered to your inbox. You'll also have the option to purchase additional prints and products if you love your photos. Session Details: Mini Session $50 Non-Refundable15 Minute Session3 Edited Digital ImagesOnline Gallery DownloadPrinting RightsLocation(Outdoors): Arbor Hills Nature Preserve- Plano, Tx By reserving your session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Session Schedule The COMPANY will reconfirm date, time, and location with the CLIENT one week prior to the scheduled session. Should the CLIENT cancel the session within one week of the session date, the COMPANY will retain the CLIENT’s $50 non-refundable payment. Inclement Weather The COMPANY will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the SESSION, should weather compromise the original scheduled SESSION (i.e. heavy rain, severe wind, severe cold, etc.). The CLIENT will not incur a cancellation fee (as explained above) if the session is cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather. Copyrights The photographs produced by the COMPANY are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the COMPANY's explicitly written permission. If the CLIENT has purchased images (electronic files, flash drive, CD, or prints) from the COMPANY, upon final payment by the CLIENT, limited copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT. If the CLIENT has purchased photographs from the COMPANY, the COMPANY grants the CLIENT permission to share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites if the images remain unaltered and textual credit is explicitly given to the COMPANY. The CLIENT must obtain written permission from the COMPANY prior to publishing or selling the photographs. A print release will be provided to CLIENT to obtain prints of digital images purchased from COMPANY. Model Release The CLIENT hereby assigns the COMPANY the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images. The CLIENT agrees that the COMPANY may use such photographs of him/her with or without his/her name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. (Photos may be displayed on monikanormandphoto.com as well as social media pages including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram). Limit of Liability In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the COMPANY's control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, memory cards or equipment malfunction, the COMPANY liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the SESSION. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the photos lost based on the percentage of total number of originals. The COMPANY will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule the photography SESSION, free of charge, should images be compromised for any reason. The COMPANY is not liable for the loss of images beyond the final delivery of all products included in the package. All edited images are kept by the COMPANY for three months after the SESSION date as a courtesy, and after this time, they may be deleted. Capture + Delivery The COMPANY is not liable to deliver every image taken during the SESSION. The CLIENT must work with the COMPANY to express poses, locations, and ideas to be captured. The determination of images delivered to the CLIENT is left to the discretion of the COMPANY. The COMPANY will deliver selected edited images to the CLIENT within 72 hours of the SESSION. Post Production + Editing The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the COMPANY. Full retouching (blemish removal, teeth whitening, etc.) will be applied if CLIENT has opted to purchase. If additional editing is requested by the CLIENT, the COMPANY will bill the CLIENT at a rate of $50/hr. The CLIENT has reviewed the COMPANY’s portfolio prior to the scheduled SESSION. Payment Schedule The mini session payment of $50 is due upon booking to hold the CLIENT’s time slot. The payment is non-refundable.
