Winter Solstice marks the longest night of the year; bringing an end to the darkest days, and welcoming the growing light as the sun stays in the sky a little longer each day until Summer Solstice. Please join together to drum, to move, or simply to be. All are welcome. Bring a percussion instrument if you have one! Drum, rattle/shaker,zills, clavé, etc. A limited number of drums will also be available for those without. Wednesday December 21, 2022. 6-8pm Galena Center for the Arts, Gear Street Donation $10 (Proceeds given to the Center) All levels of experience are welcome. If you can tap your toe or snap your finger you can drum! Everyone has something to offer the circle, and everyone is welcome.
