Meditation is your gateway to the Divine and the inner guidance you won't find anywhere else outside of you. Come in and feel yourself elevated into the 5th Dimension. Enjoy a relaxing talk and introduction to meditation basics and we will then observe the silence (and ambient sounds) for about 30 minutes. Letting the worries of the day fall away and connecting with our breath and inner guidance, we can access the infinite wisdom for healing, manifesting, expanding & evolving that lies within all of us. After that we will have an opportunity to share, integrate and journal on anything that we are experiencing.
