The Hospice House's signature event! The largest one day event on the Northshore boasts over 40,000 pounds of crawfish. Crawfish are boiled up by over 50 teams competing for the title of "Best Crawfish in St Tammany Parish". Celebrity judges as well as the teams themselves decide the winners. 3 local bands entertain the crowd of 8,000 plus people every year. Admission includes all the crawfish you can eat and the concert event. Tickets are $35 in advance, $40 at the gate. Children 12 and under are free. No outside food or drink, ice chests, tables, trays or tents allowed. Event is rain or shine. No refunds will be given.
