Florida State Upgrades is looking for a dependable candidate with well-rounded handyman skills to take on property maintenance requests. We have a great opportunity for the right individual looking to join a fast-growing company. This position is responsible for completing all service requests at the direction of the project manager and will need to be willing and able to drive to the different locations where the service is needed. Primary Responsibilities: • Complete property service requests and log all assigned work orders accurately and in a timely fashion • Reliable transportation • Have your own tools • Keep the grounds free of debris and trash • Provide excellent customer service to residents • Caulking • Minor carpentry repairs • Window screens and blinds • Interior and exterior doors • General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair and service • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders • Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally TEXT OR CALL 909 587 9205 AND EMAIL YOUR RESUME TO EVAN @ FORTUNEDC.COM
