Description

Pure Barre is a full-body workout combining Pilates, Yoga, and ballet elements. It utilizes small isometric movements at the ballet barre, working the muscles to fatigue and immediately stretching them back out. Pure Barre is great for strengthening and lengthening. The technique is low impact, safe and easy on the joints, and safe for ALL fitness levels!
