clear property, bring in fill dirt, etc

I'm purchasing a property on one of the canals. Someone's already went in and cut down all the trees. But there are I believe a few dead trees that need to be cut up and removed from the property. And then I'd like to get the property mowed so I can see what else needs to be done. I believe I need to bring in some fill dirt because there's a lot of places on the property that have standing water. Or possibly the property needs to be graded so that it will drain. Then I would like to put in some sort of gravel driveway. Message me if you are interested and able to do the work. I might give you the address so you can go over and look at it. Kind of reasonable price to get the property cleaned up and get it dry.
