Help working on a deck

Need 1 good Helper working on putting new decking on a platform decking in longmont. Deck is on steal beems 12ft off the ground, we are replacing the wood decking that goes across. You will need to be good at working power tools such as a drill, and circular saw. You will need to be able to maneuver across the steal Beams. No offense or prejudice, but if you are overweight or have a handicap that affects your balance this is not the gig for you. Must be able to lift 80lbs and work on your knees, on a ladder, and other strenuous construction positions. This is a 1099 gig, and you will need to sign a waiver releasing NOCO Repair from any responsibility if you get hurt.
