This is a completely furnished house and bedroom that I am subleasing for Spring Semester 2023 (starting January 24th-June) these dates can be discussed! My bedroom will come with bed frame, mattress and topper, ac unit, fan, dresser, vanity/desk area, roku T.V., under the bed storage, cart for hair/make up stuff, full body mirror, and a big closet with hangers. Obviously if particular items are not wanted by the sublet, I can store them elsewhere, it is up to you! My room is located right next to one out of the three bathrooms in the house, which all include a shower! There are two kitchens, two living rooms, a dining space, storage spaces, laundry unit (free laundry), parking spaces, and a wrap-around porch with outside seating and a hammock! All of those spaces are completely furnished! The monthly rent is going to be 1,300 but this price can be negotiated. Utilities are split between everybody! We also have ring cameras at the front and back of the house, along with censored lights and a front pad lock :) I am looking for woman sublets!
