Wild Ridge and Mill Run Golf Course Maintenance Wild Ridge is a links style 18-hole golf course and Mill Run is a traditional 18-hole golf course with flat greens, tees, and fairways. Wild Ridge is known for being the best public golf course in the Eau Claire County. Wild Ridge was built in 1999 and Mill Run was built in 1989. The entire property stretches 700 acres across the west side of Eau Claire. Job Title: Golf Course Equipment Operator Job Duration: March-November, full-time and part-time positions available Pay Rate: $11.00-$13.00/hour Job Description: A Golf Course Equipment Operator is responsible for the mowing of the turf on the golf course. This includes the greens, tees, fairways, and rough. The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a 3-reel mower, 5-reel mower, and rotary mowers. A full-time position is a 40 hours per week from 5:30am-1:30pm on Monday through Friday. Overtime hours are available during the weekends, employee can work up to 8 overtime hours per pay period. Part time positions are 4-hour shifts from 5:30am-9:30am. Part time positions must work a minimum of 8 hours per week. Job Requirements: Candidate must have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable source of transportation. No previous experience is needed. Candidate must have a high attention to detail and take pride in their work. Candidate must enjoy being outdoors, as they will be required to work in all types of weather.
