Why is Trumpo the Clown running for president again ?

Let's see...In 2016 he lost the popular vote to the mostly unpopular Sea Hag, Ms. Clinton, by 3,000,000 votes. Then, in 2020, he lost to Joe "Past his Prime" Biden by more than 7,000,000 votes. He can't win a general election. In order for the Orange-Face Wonder to be elected president, he would have to have many millions of people vote for him, who have never voted for him before. I can't see that happening. What would cause millions to vote for him, when they didn't vote for him in 2016 or 2020 ? Could it be his inciting the Capitol riot, where people, died, many police officers were injured, (and several later committed suicide), and involved million$ in damage. Would that inspire new Trump voters ? It seems unlikely. If he gets criminally charged for inciting the riot, (which looks entirely possible). or for trying to overturning the election, would that motivate new Trump voters ? I don't see how... How about if the Trump Organization, which is on trial right now for tax fraud, be found guilty, would that bring out new Trump voters ? I hardly think so... I predict the Trump 2024 candidacy will be short-lived. GOPers are slowly but steadily moving away from him, and some of his biggest donors are pulling their support.
