The Tiki Lounge is looking for someone to set up their own business serving food at the Tiki Lounge. We have an established clientele and we are looking for someone to operate the kitchen. It would be 100% your business and you keep all the food sales. If you own a food truck you can park out front but you can’t sell food out of the truck on the street because I don’t want to piss off my neighbors. You could use your truck as a base. I am planning to bring a prep cooler and install a dishwasher. It’s a small kitchen so a limited menu is important. No lease or rent to pay.
