Our company owns 70 apartment units in Ocala and looking for a full time painter to paint and clean units when tenants vacate as well as paint exteriors and fences in between turns. This is a full time position. Painter will report to maintenance and property manager. Must be reliable and have own transportation. There is a golf cart on site to travel between units.
