Condominium Maintenance Technician Needed

Duties & Responsibilities Work Hours - Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. On Call - two weeks per month. Performs janitorial duties throughout clubhouse and office as per established schedule. Pick up trash & debris on common elements of property. Empty all trash cans from common elements. Assist Maintenance Supervisor in performing community repair / maintenance work. Qualifications & Skills Ability to climb ladders up to 32ft and perform work on rooftops. Ability to perform strenuous work in all weather conditions and on uneven terrain. Knowledge of basic maintenance equipment and ability to assist in repair work as needed. Ability to take direction and work on his/her own. Ability to operate machinery and equipment such as golf cars, jackhammers, power tools, etc. Physical Requirements Extensive walking. Stooping or squatting for extended periods of time. Driving. Lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs. Use of stairs. Other Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record acceptable to the Association's insurer. Acceptable background check. Education High School graduate or equivalent. Compensation Hourly - to be based upon experience.
