Mental retardation is a self evident diagnosis...but I'm pretty sure the "Whole Body Tingled" aspect is likely the result of an intestinal parasite,......I'm guessing a large tape worm's eggs have hatched and they're in the blood stream by now. It tends to cause that tingly sensation you described. You will likely continue to have such "tingly" sensations until the hatchlings begin to feed on the brain. At that point you'll begin to have obsessive compulsive fears, fits of anger and foaming at the mouth. You will then become highly delusional and start to believe that Trump is a god and liberals are the devil who want to eat your baby. Please note there is no cure for Delusional Trump Syndrome.
