About the Position Working Lead Position Piece picking as well as full pallet picking Unloading and loading of trailers General pallet movements and case picking through the facility Shipping and receiving product Operating Stand-up forklift, walkie rider, and/or other material handling equipment as needed Daily opening and/or closing of the operation Assist with directing the daily workload Assist with coaching and training of staff Daily communications with customer and leadership.
